In proper hebrew, present + negative equals the pronouns below + verb in the present.

In everyday Hebrew conversations the pronouns above are not used that often. You'll hear "אני לא יודע" (ani lo yodea3) more frequently than "אינני יודע" (eyneni yodea3)
